One aspect we particularly care about is food. Thanks to our chefs, most of the products you will taste on our table are organic and grown and bred directly in our area!
To prepare our dishes we have a very modern multi-function oven to offer food cooked at low temperature or steamed, in order to guarantee the preservation of aromas and nutritional properties. To it we combine a traditional wood-burning oven and also the possibility of grilling and roasting outdoors.
Our restaurant can accommodate up to 80 people. It is open upon reservation as practically everything we will make you taste will be freshly prepared.
Guests can delight in traditional Sicilian dishes, in some cases with some revisiting. The menu offered is varied (consisting of appetizer, first course, second course, side dish and dessert), and every day different, always respecting the rhythm of the seasons.
The products used are mainly of Sicilian origin (almost all vegetables and meats) and come mainly from local producers.
